  • 1 banana peeled chopped
  • 20g baby spinach leaves
  • 2 pre frozen peanut butter ice cubes 2 tbsp
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • 250ml 1 cup coconut water

The Instruction of frozen smoothie packs
