- 250ml 1 cup unsweetened almond or soy milk
- 1 kiwifruit peeled chopped
- 1 banana peeled chopped
- 20g baby spinach leaves
- 2 pre frozen peanut butter ice cubes 2 tbsp
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
- 250ml 1 cup coconut water
The Instruction of frozen smoothie packs
